Plutôt light, comme bière ambrée … maltée, notes de sucre brun, pas trop épicée même si un peu plus aurait été sympa, touche noisette, amertume pas trop prononcée. J’ai arrêté de vider la bouteille à temps, beaucoup de levures mortes dans le fond 😳🍻
