Bread crust, dark bread and just a hint of caramel on the nose. Crisp on the palate, malt forward but has good attenuation, and ends with a nice dryness to balance. This is an excellent Märzen.

Nicely malty. Nice to enjoy next to the warming, portable, wee fireplace. The goons balanced very well with this. The color is deep auburn, darker than I normally see in this style. It’s good and worth finding.
