Very nice. Juicy cherries/skin/milk/dark choc/cocoa/coffee/caramel/toast/dark/brown bread; lt smoke/herbal. Lt bitter/tart/tangy. Creamy/bready/grainy med body. Some acidic drying. Lt sticky/chalky. Very drinkable, flavorful, well balanced.Not overly tart
