My last bottle. This held up surprisingly well. Not much carbonation, but the heat has burned off and the sweetness is just what I want from a barley wine. The rum flavor is definitely still there

With this abv and being rum barrels, I thought that it would be boozy up front. Actually a pretty smooth sipper with the heat hitting you about 20 seconds after each sip. Perfect for a winter night.
