sehr dunkel fast schwarz, bräunlicher Schaum üppig aber nicht stabil… Holz, röstig, Keller… Heureka, was eine Nummer, Sherry ist vordergründig mit dezenter Frucht, holzig, Alkohol nicht spürbar, bischen röste und schoki, alles sehr harmonisch, cremig !!
