Opaque dirty yellow colour, huge white head. Aroma of papaya, guava, pineapple and mango. Flavour also of said fruits, some citrus too, a moderate piney and spicy bitterness in the finish. Noticeable alcohol. Score: 3.7

ATELIER VRAI: Thx for your feedback Endre. Is it the fault of the beer, that Vinmonopolet sold it to you 3 Months past his best before date?
Endre M. G.: ATELIER VRAIATELIER VRAI Can’t tell why it was undrinkable, but guess is past the before date. Took 15 minutes to fill the glass, du to extreme amount of froth with ever splash in the glass. Tasted awful and very over carbonated. I’ve got money back.
ATELIER VRAI: Thx for your feedback Endre, we really appreciate that! We used a special yeast blend for that beer and if it was not properly stored,
ATELIER VRAI: it leads to post fermentation. That could be the cause for the overcarbonation.
