카스크 푸어링은 역시 특유의 적당한 온도감과 탄산감이 빵이나 비스킷같은 고소함을 더 크게 느끼게 해주는 것 같다. 부드러운 마우스 필과 몰트의 고소함, 그리고 어시하고 찻 잎 같은 비터. 뭐하나 모자람없이 서로를 잘 받쳐줘서 밸런스 좋은 한 잔을 마실 수 있음.

2026.08.15 언제나 마셔도 한결같이 맛있는 디너 에일 캐스크. 오늘 꽂힌 캐스크라 좀 더 부들부들하면서도 캐러말 몰티한 피니쉬가 잘 느껴진다. 끝에 살짝 시원하게 끝나는 상큼한 피뉘시도 인성적이다.

2026.05.15 고소하면서도 완성도 높고 몰티함이 아주 밸런스 있게 느껴진다. 끝맛도 아주 간결하고 앞에 많은 맥주를 마셨는데도 맥주의 개성이 적당히 잘 느껴진다.
