Heavily fruited, higher ABV, and packed full of tart tropical fruit flavors! She's Tert with Passionate Dragon clocks in at 8%ABV which is twice the ABV of our typical 4% She's Tert sour. Brewed with real Dragon Fruit & Passion Fruit purees this sour beer is tart but balanced, with a mouthfeel you can only get with higher fruit additions. We specifically selected dragon fruit to help temper the sharp notes of the passion fruit and to give the sour an intense ruby red color. This tropical sour is sure to stand out in a crowd.For each rotating She's Tert fruited sour, we select unique fruits that provide interest, movement, color, and most importantly, deliciously tart fruit flavors. By adding ample amounts of high-quality real fruit purees and concentrates to our proprietary sour base, we create fruited sours that are tart and balanced making them drinkable pint after pint. The She's Tert woman on every can was created by a local artist known as Violet Rose and embodies the intense fruit profile that each rotating sour contains!
