You know I love mead. I also love this brewery. This is definitely a very top quality mead. The apple notes are perfect, much love.

Smells strongly of apple juice. Not finding a lot of the notes more typical of a mead, but it's definitely pretty tasty. Great vanilla apple tart nuances
