Eh bah c'est marrant ! Original (lager au riz avec thé torréfié + yuzu). C'est rafraîchissant, plus subtil qu'une lager classique et ça ne daube pas la levure. Mousse très réduite, texture fluide. Ça donne envie de retenter des rice lagers plus tard !

J'aime les rice lager. Mais j'aime encore plus quand y'a un petit truc en plus. Ici ont sent bien le thé. Et au nez et en bouche Le yuzu arrive en tte fin de bouche mais est beaucoup plus discret. Clean, sèche, bien équilibrée. C'est bon.
