After twelve years, mellowed lactic acidity, not acetic at all, very mild oxidation, still showed plenty of fruit in aroma and flavor. Great with Thai food.

Sampled at Ace & Kees. (Vintage unknown!). Clear golden with white head. Sour grain, hay, apricot, very sharp sour. Full on sour blast. Medium body and soft carbonation. Mother Pucker.

Smells of apricot wine! Lightly tart, much more rich, has that oaky aged finish, almost like a red wine.

You'd never know how old this is. Clerk popped. Beer is carbonated, sour, fruity, but not over sour. Very nice.
