For this double dry hopped double IPA we went for a ”chiaroscuro” approach. Bright vivid citrus notes and dank, pungent, ripe mango aromas. Biscuity, malty sweetness and bitter piney resin. We brewed this DIPA with our favorite British heritage malt, backed up by heaps of oats and raw wheat. Hopped in the kettle with fresh Mosaic hops and then dry hopped with loads of Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret. Consider your day made.
