NYE 23/24 🎆 Happy new year! Vintage 2021, 7% was our new year’s toasting glass. Nice juicy yet dry cider. Lot of apple juiciness, lot of wood and tannins. A bit of peel and bark, a bit of citrusy fruitiness, almond nutty woodiness. Bright, clear, tasty.

Au nez ça sent le calva, plutôt alcooleux. En bouche pas du tout. Grosse claque fruité mais pas du tout sucré, même plutôt bien sec. Des notes brettées en fin de bouche.
