Clown Fish

This big Amber beer uses seven different malts to give it a complex but rounded bitter sweet character, complimented by the soupçon of bitter orange peel that we added into the copper boil. When it comes to the hops we have used two of the classics, Amarillo and Cascade, but also added two new varieties of hop that are so new that they don’t even have names yet, but you can call them CF182 and CF185! This combination of hops produces a lovely orangey citrus character on the nose which perfectly complements the bold flavours of the palate. Show Less
