Not heard of these hops before, but they make a good WC. Lightly sweet grapefruit with strong bitter pine that continues after sipping and lingers. Good stuff.

If I was to guess the hops here I’d probably come up with Centennial, Simcoe, Columbus, Citra… big bitter traditional WC hops. But these are three lesser knowns doing the same thing. I find that interesting. Piney, harsh mint, bitterness. Lean malt. Good.
