2nd attempt. Incredibly nuanced but not quite enough to convince me this is a Belgian. Sweet chocolate, barrel warming the cockles all the way down. Stunning stuff.

Into the voooooid. Into the void! Smells like an imperial stout. Tastes like and imperial stout. But it's a Belgian quad. Of the barrel aged variety. Smooth, chocolate and warming. Such an incredible and elegant beer.
