9TH BIRTHDAY CAKE - WOOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE

Very thick. Tastes very sweet, yet there is a salty undertone. Best description would be a syrupy cheesecake. Another good pastry stout by Amundsen.

The aroma and acidity of cheesecake is present only slightly after the taste of Imperial Stout. Strangely, once you find that element, you can tell it before you drink it next time.

Strange combo. Creamy and sticky and rich. It works. More interesting than most creamy dessert style stouts. Sweet and stickier. Agree with the consensus that this is dangerously drinkable.

It’s definitely a cheesecake chocolaty rush. Recommend a 1/2 pint, over a pint like I did, but it’s quite nice.
