Au nez on retrouve l'Ammonite touch. En bouche, l'acidité est légère, beaucoup moins présente que sur d'autres Ammonite. Le gewurzt est assez discret. Se rapproche de la Solera mais moins acide et tout de même plus fruitée.

Yesterday backlog - Nice body, nose is a bit on sulfur, on taste green strawberry 🍓 and slightly sulfury, then better after this open, moar juicy on gooseberries 🍈, very refreshing and quaffable 🍺 I didn't really get gewurtz flavor, still ok tho 👍
