Ammonite - Solera II Ma première Ammonite, enfin ! Hyper minérale, même un peu saline et iodée. Vineuse, à peine perlante, plutôt sèche, joli rendu fruité original (kiwi, ananas) 🥝 Très sympa !

Franco Oud: Par contre quand il y a du monde, que ce soit les Zlato ou les Ammonites, faut faire attention, c'est fragile.

C'est très frais et citronné. On retrouve les marqueurs du vin, une légère acidité et une pointe saline. Assez sèche en bouche avec des notes boisées. Toujours très fin et élégant.
