Wat wen tof zuur bier. Zuur is hij zeker. Nauwelijks schuim en bijna geen koolzuur, maar de smaak is er niet minder om. De smaak van de vaten komt in de afdronk mooi naar voren.

4,10. Belle acidité, légère ammonite touch qui d'ailleurs baisse un chouille sur ces dernières cuvées. Beau côté fût, une aromatique sympathique un peu parfum volatil, vineux. Beau travail. Très agréable.
