Bit of a warmup for a chilly and wet evening. Not sure on the age, low carbonation. Bitter chocolate and tannic oak up front. Roasty malt, coffee, vanilla, and warming bourbon wrap it up.

Very light aroma, mild chocolate, little to no barrel. Much more of a traditional, European style stout. Lot of roasty character, nice carb, and definitely not a dessert stout. Can't say I get much barrel, but it's a solid base stout for sure.
