I think I've had a sufficient sample size of these beers to conclude that...the French want their beer to taste more like wine than beer. Like several of the other recent ones, this has a distinct & unmistakable wine profile. Still a unique get. Thx Jos.

AM_Beers: Hello ! il n'y a pas de malt Carafa dans cette recette, mais bien du malt choco. Il n'y a pas de cold step non plus,
AM_Beers: c'était le cas sur le touuuut premier bach en bouteille uniquement. J'espère que cette acidité ressenti ne vient pas d'un défauts potentiel

Turkish Birden: Ok, l'acidité n'a donc rien a voir avec cette étape qui n'a pas eu lieu, pour le Carafa c'est juste que ça m'a fait penser à ce malt, du coup je ne sais pas si c'est un problème, elle était sensé être plutôt amer ?
