Holding up really well at 7 years old (bottled March 2014). Funky nose, tart plum flavor. Musty attic. Nice effervescence. Hints of wood and wine. Very tasty!

Still lively with a head that quickly settles. Sour funk nose. Acidic sour notes upfront that quickly blend with wine barrel and interesting tart fruit that shines real well. Plum, heavy tangerine citrus into finish. Really nice fruited sour!

This has aged quite well. The fruit is still there, has some great tartness, and yet still easy to drink. Restored a little of my faith in almanac after that sourdough beer debacle.
