From Saturday. This aged well! Lost much of the tart- and sourness, the pumpkin spice was muted, but instead it was left with a pleasant earthiness to go with the dark and sweet malt. Courtesy of my friend Ted's cellar.

Cellaruary continues. Not much in the aroma or taste other than the sour; a bit earthy. From what I recall having this back when it was fresh, though, there wasn't much pumpkin or spice even then.
