Trichrome: Mosaic Incognito

Our team-favorite IPA is back with a tasty riff, elevated by the elusive Mosaic Incognito. As always, Trichrome is brewed with the holy trinity of American hops (Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe) and this time around we really pushed the Mosaic character in a new direction with the use of Incognito. It’s super fun to experiment with new hop products that make us think about how we utilize hops to deliver more flavor and aroma in order to amplify the characters that we love. This version of Trichrome is full of dark fruit tasting notes, particularly acai juice, blueberry custard, and dried mango. This was a batch that received a gold-star by the brewers all along the way so we've been extra excited to get it packaged up for you! Show Less
