Lump Sum v.2

For this version of Lump Sum, we selected Lotus, Idaho 7, and Amarillo as the hop blend. What resulted is an IPA that sits atop a lovely fruit medley. We get big notes of passionfruit, strawberry-kiwi, and blood orange on both the aroma and flavor. Lotus in particular seems to have heavily influenced the final beer by contributing bright, tart-berry notes that we don't often see in high-alpha American hops, but did pick up when we rubbed to select our final hop blend for both our hot and cold-side additions.
