Aroma and initial flavour have plums, sour cherries on top of lemon, lactic acidic and vanilla from the oak. It’s more like a “sour” than a mixed ferm. Thick mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Finish is woody, acidic and fruity. Really nice, overall.
