Going deep in the cellar for this bottle. Still some carbonation. Musty, funky alcohol smell. So tart. Burning tongue and roof of mouth. Dried fruits, minerality and that lingering tang.

375ml bottle, 2013 vintage I've owned for 10 years. Murky amber. Sour nose, wet malts and wet wood, persimmon. Flavors all follow. Some red grapes. Medium bodied, medium acid and long.
