No hops left, but still good. Sweet up front but a clean finish. Left on Crown's shelf from when Alagash pulled out of Indiana in 2010.

Clearly cellared for many years. Up front is floral and sweet but finishes dry with some bitterness. Candy sugar and plum malt profile.

For a 5 year old bottle this isn't bad, there's zero IPA left in the taste but the Belgian yeast has left plenty of floaters to add flavor.
