Basically flat though a hint of carb. Peach pit, apricot lemon. Acidity is very high. Funky. Past it’s peak for certain but still delicious if a bit too acidic. Still a very cool beer and when closer to prime one of the best!!

A little hiss under the cork, that bit of carb goes a long way. Very woody and dry, mushroomy too, but the big thrust is green apple and lemon. Actually pretty clean for a coolship, quite a bit of biscuit supporting the oak. Held up well!
