Carrot cake on the nose, on opening. Once it breathes in the glass there is a brioche sweetness. Fennel and citrus top notes give way to a vanilla base note. This is complexity itself. Reminiscent of a 🇧🇪blonde. Hats off Allagash; the nose is divine.
