2024/05/28。深棕黑色、茶色酒帽質地綿細、量偏少但壽命長。香氣呈現偏甜的香草、肉桂、穀物烘烤、焦糖與豐沛的蜜餞果酯。入口口感中等、碳酸偏低、酒感較預期隱蔽。入口前段會先閃過短暫的胡椒、酒精、肉桂等香辛感，後續帶出的堅果、可可、咖啡豆渣風味飽滿，帶適度的乳糖奶感、香草，整體甜度低於預期使風味層次較預期舒展。中段的果酯主要呈現蜜棗、葡萄乾與低度的莓果乾、酒感清晰但質地溫婉、延續性長。酒花僅存少許木本與柑橘、苦韻中等。收尾乾，尾韻主軸為堅實的咖啡、烘烤麵包與低度肉桂
