The coconut is mostly masked by the maple taste from aging in maple barrels. However, it is pleasantly sweet and smooth. Would be a truly superb porter if the coconut was more present, but I still really enjoyed this one.

Julien Wayaffe: Une vraie tuerie à l'alcool dangereusement invisible... et pourquoi pas 5? Parce que le BA et/ou les ajouts me renvoient bien davantagevers un gros stout qu'un porter tout impérial soit-il, mais avec une telle masterpiece ça importe assez peu.
