Mexi-Belgo

A worldly beer that brings together flavors from different parts of the globe. We take Spring Fling, our mocha-inspired ale that features Jamaican cocoa nibs from the Oakland Chocolate Co. and a unique cold-brew blend from our neighbor's at Red Bay Coffee Co. and barrel ferment it in red wine barrels. We added Brett B, Lacto, fire roasted Pasilla, Anaheim peppers, a touch of molasses and cinnamon. The result creates a distinctive scent of dark fruit, with notes of spicy chocolate. The subtle tartness is accompanied by the taste of Mexican mole with a touch of spiciness. Show Less
