Cairos is a Coffee Cream Ale. We brewed our Afternoon DeLite Cream Ale recipe with one gallon of cold brewed coffee in the mash, and then aged the finished beer for one week on coffee beans. It has a rich auburn color; a deliciously subtle espresso flavor; and smooth, light body.
Malts: American 2-row, Carafoam, Flaked Corn
Hops: Fuggles and Tettnang
