The hype is real, this is phenomenal. Gin really shines with a lemon verbena note on the finish. Super soft carb

Can taste the mead, but whiskey is less prevalent. Enjoyed it a lot!

First beer to waken the tastebuds from COVID, and one of the most complex beers I’ve ever drank. Each sip is different. At different times I got anise, berries, mint, leather, ginger, and rye all in an effervescent, soft. Well done here, it was a journey

The bartender said, “A beautiful beast of a beer.” Nose: anise, mint, smoked sage, all gin botanicals all the time. Sip: fresh marionberries in Meier lemonade. A little wave of whiskey shows up to make a perfect summer cocktail. Never had a beer like it.

Seriously one of the best beer I’ve had in recent memory. Just such a cool and special barrel.

The strangest afterthought blend to date. Totally unique. Blenders tasting notes are pretty accurate. Weird in a great way. Pretty tame acidity. Drank a full bottle, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting to do. Fun beer
