Bière de Pieces #3

Blend of Before the Birds, Saison Meer, Saison Meer: Gin Barrel, and a version of Saison Meer fermented with local dandelion honey.

This beer is dry and lightly bitter with faint herbal and earthy notes backed by underlying fruity (mostly currant) flavor, including a touch of woodiness from the black currants and jostaberries used in Before the Birds. Finishes with a touch of lingering acidity on the palate.

This is one of the more rustic-tasting beers we've blended, exhibiting plenty of character from the fruit harvested from our family property. Show Less
