Matthew Cook is drinking a 2024 Summer of Sour - Raspberry Milkshake IPA by Aether Brewing at Untappd at Home
Random find at the back of the fridge. From last years The Beer Drop IPA advent calendar - 10 Dec. Held up really well. More sour than IPA but no objections here.

Quite tart, raspberry coming through and some slight creaminess. Not a session beer but nice in a small quantity.
