Voland - Barrel-aged
This Old ale was aged 19 months in 3 different types of barrels that were later blended in order to get it to the complexity it deserves. We aged it in oak barrels, all from our home county of Bihor: one of brandy, two of Cabernet Sauvignon and one of Cabernet Sauvignon and Fetească Neagră blend. After bottling we've let it mature in the bottle for an additional 6 months so all its aromas could balance and come to life. Voland beside you, Hell below…
