Farmhouses are not really my genre, but this one is different, with chardonnay and generally wine addition.It brings some extra spiciness also. Very enjoyable but a little bit dry and boozy.

Upon first tasting, I found this beer being almost brutally dry, earthy and bitter. As time went by, the brut part took a step back, giving way to a more pleasant drink. Green mirabelle and sloe seem to be prevalent, with a bit of a farmhouse undertone.
