"Double Barrel" Honey Dip Stout - Bourbon (2021-2022)

Our Honey Dip Stout given the "Double Barrel" treatment but in an all new manner. First, the beer was rested on oak, then aged in bourbon barrels for nearly a year. All the identifiable flavors in Honey Dip Stout (vanilla, honey, oak) were softened and rounded by the aging process. The additional flavors expressed as a result of the bourbon barrel aging are a perfect compliment to the deep chocolate flavor and sweet richness found within our signature Stout.
