Best before May 2021. Familiar pleasant creamy toffee in the aroma and taste. Slight licorice in the finish. Balanced and beautiful beer, but maybe not quite in peak condition anymore at 7,5 years of age.

[7ans de cave] étonnant, aromatique bien différente que la version 2023, oxydation, fruits secs, caramel brun, puis étonnamment fruits à l'eau de vie, amande amère,miel corsé intense, puis final sur le madère. L évolution reste intéressante et surprenante

Still clearing out the cellar from the "old days" of hawking booze. VERY full bodied, with a slew of dark dried fruit, brown sugar notes, and a considerable amount of booze apparent given the age. Basically, liquid fruit cake. Solid. It's always solid.
