The new beer is inspired by the Belgian beer type Saison, which is traditionally brewed in the early spring and served over the summer as a real thirst quencher.

The Old Town version has an alcoholic strength of 7%. It is fermented with a special Belgian yeast and brewed on light malt types. The malt of the museum gives a touch of smoky taste, which perfectly matches the sweetness of the cane sugar.

Round-handed quantities of German and American hops provide a fresh, almost floral bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and has a beautiful golden colour. Show Less
