Slowburn Brewing Co-op has managed in no time to establish themselves as one of the most interesting newcomers on the Danish brewing scene. So interesting that the beer rating website ratebeer.com named them the best new Danish brewery in 2020. Slowburn not only brews surprisingly well-composed beers - considering their short history - in many different styles, but they also insist on idealism as an integrated part of their ideology. They insist on being strictly independent, as well as being a worker owned co-op with partners and founders Amalie and Stefano doing everything from recipe development to sales by themselves.
