This is damn fine saison. Very different from the Belgian originals. Leaning more towards a wild ale, which is perfectly fine to me. Tad acidic acid, but actually works quite well in it. Lots of oak to it

Not sure what it is but the combination of pilsner malt, spelt and wheat + the barrel aging in winebarrels really turns this beer Into an abdulute pleasure to drink. Almost creamy mouthfeel and slighty peachy. Could drink this all night🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕
