Amazing this is a 7-year-old beer. Rich, boozy, a pinot noir barrel aged flavours. Superb with a late evening pud.

Backlog. Bottle (thanks Sten). Clear dark brown color. Tiny to almost no head. Sour, sweet, herbal, balsamico vinegar in aroma and in taste. A lot going on in here. Mellow and smooth. Very solid brew.
