Very opaque, reddish brown. Lots of sediment - from chocolate bars, I presume? Roasty aroma of coffee and chocolate. Very smooth body, naturally for cask, but not off-puttingly flat. Sweet, desserty taste of coffee and chocolate. Subtle, espresso finish.
