Colombian Rum BMF

Imperial Stout Aged in Colombian Rum Casks. After spending months in Columbian Rum barrels, we added pure molasses as priming sugar, prior to bottling. In addition to having the notes of chocolate, and noticeable smoothness we have come to expect from barrel-aged stouts, the molasses and rum casks provide hints of dark fruits. Dates, raisins, and figs come to mind, creating a complex flavor profile that keeps you coming back for more. Even at 13.9%, the final product is rounded, balanced, and nuanced. Show Less
