This Imperial Stout was aged for 2.5 years in Red Wine Barrels, 9.5% ABV. Chocolate and raspberry flavors, not overpowering in the raspberry. Slightly dry in the aftertaste. I have some barrel-aged bottles to bring home from 2018 and 2019.
