Blighty (2018)

Blighty is back, with a couple of changes to the recipe.

We created a classic English profile using all the tools at our disposal. Malt is the backbone of any good English beer: look for a moderate nutty almost biscuit like character as well as a hint of toffee.

English hops are distinct the world over: looks for a light marmalade flavour with a hint of blackberry and a floral aroma.

To bring it all together and complete a classic ESB flavour, we've used a characterful traditional English yeast and lightly burtonized water. Show Less
